Your Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Annual Association Dues for 2015 will not increase and will remain $824.00 per household.
This assessment is due for payment in full, in one payment on January 1, 2015. Your account will be delinquent on January 31, 2015 if not paid in full by that date.
Your Board has discontinued the two part fee billing arrangements, however all residents who are current on payment of their prior year dues will be able to take advantage of a zero interest, zero fees payment plan through June 30, 2015.
You may take advantage of deferred payment(s) through June 30th, 2015 without charges for late fees and interest if, and only if:
You are current on 2014 and prior dues and
You pay at least $550 by January 31, 2015.
If you pay the required minimum amount of $550 by January 31st 2015 (defined as payment received in the offices of PCMI by 5 p.m. CST on Friday, January 30, 2015) you will be able to pay the balance of $274 on or before Tuesday, June 30th 2015 without interest or penalties.
If you do not pay in full by June 30, 2015 the Association will void the deferral and charge all interest and late fees under the Association’s credit policy on July 1, 2015 effective as of January 31, 2015.
IF YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE TWO INSTALLMENT PROGRAM YOU MUST REMEMBER TO SEND IN YOUR FINAL PAYMENT ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 2015. THIS IS YOUR ONLY INVOICE FOR BOTH INSTALLMENTS AND NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT
If you are unable to pay your assessment please contact me immediately. The Association will approve alternative requests from residents in good standing for payment plans as provided for in the Associations credit and collections policy (as amended). If you are not up to date with prior year’s dues and assessments you will not be approved for an additional payment plan.
