Spring Cypress entrance seems to be the most used, yet most neglected. The street side of the fence along Spring Cypress is looking better, but still doesn't represent Northlake Forest. What are the surveyor marks for?

I totally agree with previous comments...the entrance on Spring Cypress does not represent Northlake Forest. This should be a priority. This is the main entrance to the community and is not appealing. This would increase property values because it would draw in prospective resale buyers. Small container plants and trees along the exterior fencing would be the best return of any future investment !

I appreciate the maintenance and improvements that have been made around the neighborhood over the past year. The attention to detail (repainting the mail box stands and fence around the pool for example) makes a good impression. We need to start paying attention to the wood fencing around the neighborhood as well.

The trail that runs through the middle of the neighborhood was poorly constructed. It needs to be smoothed out, it is not suitable for running and in some places not even walking.
