The total association dues for 2012 are $905. The 2012 assessment is due for payment in full, in one payment on January 1 2012. Resident accounts will be delinquent on January 31, 2012 if not paid in full or under a written payment plan (*).
To save the additional billing costs, the Association has discontinued the two part fee payment arrangements in 2012. However all residents who are current on payment of their prior year dues will be able to take advantage of a zero interest, zero fees payment plan through 1 July 2012. Details are below.
Residents may take advantage of deferred payment(s) through June 30th, 2012 without charges for late fees and interest if, and only if,
(a) Residents are current on 2011 and prior dues and
(b) Residents pay at least $600 by January 31, 2012.
If residents pay the required minimum amount of $600 by January 31st 2012 (defined as payment received in the offices of PCMI by 5 p.m. CST on Tuesday January 31st) residents will be able to pay the balance of $305 on or before July 1st 2012 without interest or penalties.
If residents do not pay in full by 1 July 2012 the Association will void the deferral and charge all interest and late fees under the Association credit policy.
